Something Good Something's got you singing a new song every day Something's got you smiling as you walk along your way (chorus): Something Good has come into your life, something fair and beautiful to see Something good has come today Now you don't know why but you're laughing and your fears have flown away And you can't fight the feeling that's filling up your heart (Chorus) (Bridge): Now your true love take your hand At your side is your best friend All around loved ones stand Your eyes fall on the sunlight that dances cross the clouds A river flows inside you, its current deep and strong (chorus)
2.
The Time Awaited Lay down your struggle Forget your struggle Oo-oo-ooh sweet delight Flows all a-round you it’s fin’lly found you oo-oo-ooh sweet delight chorus You walk into summer It fills you, you wonder Where have you been so long Night is singing, the moon is shining Where have you been so long? Chorus Your eyes catch fire You feel your desire Flow like love to the sea Across bright blue sky Gold stallions that fly Flow like love to the sea
3.
You Ain't (Gonna Change Me) (Chorus): I don't care what you say We can talk to the break of day But you ain't gonna change me You ain't gonna change me You ain't gonna change me anyway. You tell me that I got to get real stop building castles in the air Yeah, years flash past in a blur and dreams are of children or fools Why don't I put my feet on the ground (Chorus) You call me Ahab, my white whale a dream And dreams thieves who steal our rest Well, that might be true as God's word but like my father before I ain't nothing but what I am (Chorus)
4.
Ohio River 03:14
Ohio River Like some dark swan, on you glide A long bright train, south you glide (Chorus): Ohio River so wide and slow You flow through my dreams wherever I go. Under a pale moon, or skies of blue I come to your shoreline to speak with you (Chorus) With friends and family, I used to gather on your shore. Then one day I rambled, now I see you no more (Chorus)

Down Home Cookin' I said way down home folks get down They go round and round and round And if the band starts getting crazy, the whole place goes right along And you might be high and you might feel lazy But you can't fight that song CHORUS: Down home cooking, so good to be Down Home Cookin', feelin' free Wailing on ten with my friends again just like way back when an those slow talking ladies they're much all right Those Debbies, Ludeanas, and Katies sure nuff light up the night CHORUS We ran wild for so long down roads and avenues Now it's work and city life and trying to pay some dues But sometimes I'm just spinning my wheels And I'm thinking how good it feels CHORUS

about

Kent McDaniel Chicago, Illinois

First band Kent ever saw was Salty Gamblin & The Mudcat Band. Spring Fest, his 5th grade year. They walked out, plugged in, looked at everybody. Had electric guitar, bass, & drums--& Salty on acoustic & vocals. Bam, they tore into "I Saw The Light." Chills shot up & down Kent's body.
He saved up & got a Gibson Melody Maker. Played & sang ever since. Never means to stop.
